We want you to love your Lively Rae items! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Clearance, sale, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email us at office@livelyrae.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
